Friday, June 9th at The Smith Center

On Friday, June 9th at 8:00pm, Skye Miles will be joining David Perrico, award-winning (Best of Las Vegas 2013-Review Journal) trumpeter, composer, and conductor & his Pop Strings Orchestra as for a very special concert at Cabaret Jazz at The Smith Center. A celebrated trumpeter, Perrico leads the All-Star 18-piece ensemble of strings, horns and rhythm section. Featuring Skye Dee Miles and a few other talented Las Vegas vocalists (Michelle Johnson, Serena Henry, Lily Arce, Ken Fletch Walcott, Eric Sean), this concert will showcase classic sounds and new arrangements of the "Songbook of Soul" by artists such as Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Chaka Khan, Temptations, Tower of Power, Gladys Knight, Smokey Robinson, Al Jareau, to name a few, plus original compositions by Perrico himself.
